Who am I?

Hi, I’m Yuki. I am a wife and a mum, sister and daughter. I grew up in Tokyo, Japan and studied in Japan, the US, Switzerland and the UK.

I used to work in advertising but after having my second child, I retrained as a Health Coach and then qualified as an Intergrative Therapist. I remembered how much I loved this area of work, having earned a BA and MSc in Psychology. I am a registered member of the BACP.

I pursued this vocation after my values shifted as a new mother: I wanted to raise happy and healthy children and found that I had to start with myself.
