My Philosophy
I believe that everyone is the master of their own health and happiness in their bodies, hearts and minds.
Addressing these three areas is important as they feed into each other in a harmonious loop: if one area is out of sync, the others will follow; likewise if one area is doing well, the others will feel the same. They are correlated!
I am here to help you feel curious about the things you know you don’ t know about yourself, see the parts you didn’t know you didn’t know, and to become a better person for it. I will help you get acquainted with the why’s behind your thoughts, feelings and behaviour.
By giving you space to hear your thoughts aloud, you will start to see ways to become your optimal best, and I will be honoured and humbled to help you along the way.
