6 week programme or therapy?

I offer talking therapy where we will meet on line each week. Therapy is a wonderful space to learn more about yourself, whether you are in crisis or not. We can explore what is concerning you or equally we can delve into what makes you you.

I also offer a 6 week “Health and Wellbeing Programme”, covering topics such as sleep, exercise, nutrition, gratitude, kindness and mindfulness. We will meet each week for 50 minutes, go in depth on the week’s topic and how it can be relevant to you.

Some clients may find that the 6 week programme is enough to jumpstart a personal journey. Others, when completing the programme, may want to continue working on themselves through personal therapy.

Before formally starting either therapy or the 6 week programme, we will have a free 20 minute “get to know you” session: we can discuss your objectives, I can answer any questions and see whether we are a good fit.

If and when you decide you’d like to commence, we will agree on a time and date that suits us.
